Return Deets:

Now, if you decide to part ways with your artwork (sniff), make sure it goes back to us in mint condition. Wrap it up nicely - keep that box and plastic we sent it in; they're like the VIP passes for your return journey.

Wanna part ways?

Shoot us a message at support@cesarperalta.com.mx. If the breakup is mutual (we approve your return), you're in charge of the shipping drama. We'll email you the instructions - follow those, and once we get the goods and all's well, you'll get a full refund for the art (minus the shipping fees).

Quick heads up:

No rogue returns, okay? Drop us a line at support@cesarperalta.com.mx before you start packing.

Oh, and if you cancel your order within the first 24 hours, no biggie - full refund, no strings attached. After that, we still love you, but your payment becomes part of our artistic journey.

Package Pick-Up Drama:

If you ghost your package on the delivery day, sorry, but we've got to charge a $99 USD storage fee. We'll babysit your artwork, but it comes at a cost.

Unclaimed Package Rerun:

Couldn't make it on delivery day and the storage fee hit you? Brace yourself for an additional shipping fee. It helps us get your art back on track to you.

Refusing to Play Ball:

If your package keeps playing hide-and-seek and you're not up for the fees, sadly, your initial payment becomes part of our artistic cosmos. We won't be able to refund you.
